Privacy and pilot terms
Tenant Reply is a self-service information organizer operated by FinalFlow under the DinLeje brand.
When document analysis runs
Files stay on your device until you select Analyze my documents. The selected files are then sent to the DinLeje backend and passed to the configured Gemini model for the requested analysis. The service is designed not to write the original file contents to the DinLeje report database.
Data we store
For a requested analysis we store your name and email, entered case facts, file names and technical metadata, one-way file hashes, extracted facts, short evidence quotes, findings, model and version identifiers, consent timestamps and the private report. If you buy the pack, we also store the payment, delivery and order records needed to fulfil and support it.
Pilot limits
AI can misread documents or miss context. Findings are retained only when they include a document quote and an approved source, but you must still check every quote, date, amount and statement. The analysis does not make a binding decision. Use qualified local help for court papers, urgent deadlines, large amounts or complex rental status.
Email and deletion
You can request deletion of the private analysis and associated personal data through kontakt@dinleje.dk. Some order, payment, fraud-prevention or accounting records may need to be retained for the applicable period. Provider processing and the final retention schedule are part of the reviewed release configuration.
